The Role
  • To achieve Bancassurance Sales Target in assigned Financial Institutions (Fis) Branches / Sales Team.
  • To provide Training & Support to assigned Fis Branches / Sales Team.
  • Provide Marketing Support to Fis Branches / Sales Team.
  • Handle Enquiries Form Banker & Customers.
  • Joint Marketing with Bankers & conduct Sales Hurdle.
  • Identify Clients' needs.
  • Maintain good rapport & close contact with banker.
  • Acquire increasing support actively from Fis.
  • To service FIs sales team in Bancassurance Products.
  • Accomplishes other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice.
  • Other responsibilities entailed.
The Person
  • Possessed a recognized Tertiary education.
  • Preferably with sales or life insurance selling experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Able to communicate with different level of people.
  • Able to build trust and maintain a good rapport with people.
  • Have good negotiation, relevant computer, Presentation & leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
