Business Development and Performance Marketing Executive

JACAR brand is looking for a passionate Executive, Business Development and Performance Marketing to drive business growth through tactical/performance-driven marketing bridging opportunities between digital visibility and offline sales.

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborate with retail and operations teams to align digital campaigns with store promotions or launches
  • Manage email marketing and CRM campaigns to drive repeat sales and customer retention
  • Support retail expansion initiatives — including pop-ups, roadshow or collaborations
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns that support retail sales and brand growth
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce marketing reports to guide decision-making
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract and convert new customers
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals
  • Tracking and analysing sales and marketing performance metrics to continuously improve strategies
  • Collaborating with the wider team to develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives
