Responsibilities
  • Partner Acquisition & Growth
  • Identify and approach potential travel agency partners within the assigned territory
  • Conduct company and product presentations to onboard new partners
  • Support partner activation through system onboarding and product training
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly new partner acquisition targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing B2B partners
  • Drive partner productivity through regular visits, calls, and engagement activities
  • Ensure partners comply with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and commercial policies
  • Gather market and competitor insights and share feedback with management
  • Drive sales volume and gross margin growth through active partner engagement
  • Support the execution of sales strategy and regional revenue targets
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within partner accounts
  • Assist in managing receivables, payment follow‑ups, and credit limits for assigned partners
  • Highlight potential credit risks and unusual account behaviour to management and finance
  • Support the execution of rebates, incentives, and commercial campaigns
  • Assist in executing co‑marketing initiatives, roadshows and trade events
  • Distribute marketing materials and communicate ongoing promotions to partners
  • Support Marketing Development Fund (MDF) initiatives with selected agencies
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on partner activity, performance, and opportunities
  • Support ad‑hoc assignments and projects delegated by the management team
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
  • Prior experience in travel, tourism, FMCG, fintech, or B2B distribution will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Results‑driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of commercial terms (pricing, margins, credit terms, rebates)
  • Ability to analyse sales data and interpret market trends
  • Strong time‑management and territory planning skills
  • Comfortable with field‑based work, client visits, and light travel
