A strong candidate should have the following:

• Ability to collaborate with business and finance teams to understand business processes and distill user requirements to develop automation solutions.
• Highly adaptive to a dynamic business environment
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and quick to develop anunderstanding of operational constraints and nuances
• Ability to crack codes in different environments, whether cloud or localThe ideal candidate should also demonstrate a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn.

The day-to-day activities:

• Participate in user interviews to understand business processes and distill user requirements.
• Design and implement software robotics and process automation.
• Conduct post-implementation User Testing, gather feedback and roll out automationupdates governed by clear documentation and git-style version control
• Analyze, document and reengineer business/finance processes in scope for automationand robotics
• Help cultivate the knowledge base for robotics and process automation and prepare tolead the growth of capabilities in this area

The must haves:

• 3+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding).
• Hands-on experience in any of the programming languages like Python, JS and VBA.
• Strong logical programming skills and experience in post production support.
• Understanding docker or containerization will be a big plus.
• Agile development and prioritization using any tools like MS-TFS, Trello, JIRA will be a bigplus.
