Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and identify potential new clients within the assigned territory
  • Conduct detailed market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to present to prospective clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics
  • Provide valuable feedback to the sales leadership team to inform and improve strategies
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales role, preferably in the Sales industry
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to manage sales activities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Preferably Mandarin & English speaking. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
