Job Title: Business Analyst (AEM)

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather, clarify, and document functional requirements. The role supports the full lifecycle of requirement development, defect management, and compliance documentation. This position ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical teams while contributing to agile delivery processes. Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and project teams to translate needs into requirements documents and functional specifications
  • Organize and facilitate requirements workshops for elucidation, grooming, and backlog refinement
  • Lead defect triage sessions with business stakeholders and project teams
  • Plan, document, and route SLC documentation with regulatory and compliance teams
  • Support development teams in ensuring adherence to applicable quality policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Communicate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and maintain updated JIRA boards
  • Create user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in business analysis within project or product environments
  • Strong ability to document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management and workflow tracking
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of quality compliance processes and regulatory documentation
  • Experience facilitating workshops and defect triage sessions
  • Knowledge of SLC processes and documentation standards
  • Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
