This role involves gathering requirements from clients, designing technical solutions, testing, release management, and providing user training and documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Obtain and analyze business, process, technical and functional requirements from clients.
- Prepare Use Case Documents including screen designs, database schemas, flowcharts and functional specifications.
- Analyze and design web and database structures for application development.
- Perform testing, including preparing test documents and test environments.
- Manage software releases, including preparing release scripts and release notes.
- Provide user training and prepare user manuals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on development status.
Required Skills & Competences
- Proficiency in database systems (SQL).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations.
- Familiarity with HR systems and FRS documentation is an advantage.
- Competency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Committed, proactive and able to perform under pressure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
