We\'re Hiring: Business Analyst (Fresh Graduates welcome!)

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru (On-site only)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology—understanding requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting change requests using Inistate.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal teams
• Use Inistate to configure and implement solutions—no coding required!
• Support change requests and troubleshoot issues for existing solutions
• Work closely with developers and users to optimize workflows
• Use building logic using Automation, Python, and HTML/CSS for reporting when needed
