Responsibilities

Safely operate hotel shuttle buses to transport guests between the hotel, facilities, and designated locations.

Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the hotel’s transportation schedule.

Assist guests with boarding, luggage handling, and ensuring their comfort during the journey.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bus interior and exterior at all times.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, brakes, lights, and overall roadworthiness.

Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.

Follow all road safety regulations, hotel policies, and traffic rules.

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs when required.

Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with directions or inquiries.

Support hotel events, VIP arrangements, or ad-hoc duties related to transportation as assigned.

Job Requirements

Possess a valid PSV bus driving license (Class E / relevant commercial license as required).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience driving buses, vans, or shuttle vehicles.

Good driving record with no major traffic violations.

Familiar with Johor, Forest City, and surrounding routes (advantageous).

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when needed.

Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain a high level of safety awareness.

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks.
