Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our Bus Advertising unit. This role involves coordinating and executing vinyl sticker installations on buses, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm installation schedules and locations.

Inspect bus body stickers and touch-up work, prepare status reports.

Maintain and check installation tools and materials before starting work.

Track and record time for each installation and touch-up job.

Work flexible shifts (day/night) based on project requirements.

Liaise with the printing department for new stickers and urgent touch-ups.

Perform laminating, cutting, and finishing tasks (mock-ups, display units, color proofs).

Handle installations for wallpaper, glass film, and counter wraps.

Complete urgent internal/external projects as required.

Submit monthly reports with photos and updates on sticker conditions.

Assist marketing with placing flyers, posters, and promotional items inside buses.

Manage multiple projects (2–4) involving design or printing requests.

Foster teamwork and maintain confidentiality in all operations.

Propose process improvements and cost‑saving ideas.

Uphold company values and image in all interactions.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
