Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Ensure all M&E equipment are in good working condition.
• Monitor renovation works to comply with guidelines.
• Assist Manager in supervising building services contractors.
• Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service.
