A leading property management company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee daily operations and ensure tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage property staff, handle inquiries, and oversee financial management, requiring strong leadership skills and proficiency in Mandarin. Property Operations: Oversee daily property management operations to ensure service quality and resident/tenant satisfaction. Implement and maintain property management policies, procedures, and standards. Supervise security, cleaning, engineering, and customer service team.
Tenant & Owner Relations: Handle tenants’ and owners’ inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Maintain regular communication with residents/owners to collect feedback and improve services.
Financial & Budget Management: Responsible for collection of management fees, parking fees, and other charges, ensuring high collection rates. Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses, and control operating costs. Review and approve procurement, repair works, and service contracts.
Facility & Equipment Management: Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of all building facilities and equipment. Supervise engineering team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage property staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. Lead and coordinate different departments to ensure efficient teamwork.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure property management operations comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Meetings: Monthly meeting/AGM/JMB/others.
Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of property management experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of property management operations and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Working location at Danga Bay, Johor and able to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
