a) Working closely with the Developer/Management Committee/Owner of the assigned building, and the various sub-committees in particular, to achieve the objective of upgrading and maintaining the building’s image and brand as a prestige building;
b) Monitoring the day-to-day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Company.
c) Attending to owners’ and occupants’ complaints, the authorities and utilities company’s matters and answering all enquiries professionally, tactfully within the acceptable timeline;
d) Overseeing and leading all management and maintenance staff employed in the building.
