  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property or building management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to understand instructions clearly and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
  • Mandarin speaker candidates are preferred
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day‑to‑day building operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, car park, and waste management.
  • Ensure tenants comply with renovation and fit‑out guidelines.
  • Assist the Legal Department in reviewing and verifying technical details in documents such as letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and handover letters.
  • Attend to tenants’ emails, inquiries, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Carry out any other tasks or assignments assigned by the Building Manager and management.
