Min. 2 years of JMB Building Executive hands on working experience.

To manage the entire assigned residential JMB that includes common areas' facilities such as swimming pools, gym, housekeeping, lighting, security and landscape.

Cost conscious and ensure all contractors' and internal maintenance teams are executing their work diligently.
