Job description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Building Executive to join our team at Aset Niaga Property Management (M) Sdn Bhd. Based in Kajang, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and operations of our commercial properties.

What you’ll be doing

Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of commercial / residential properties, including coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements.

Monitoring and managing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure optimal performance.

Handling tenant inquiries and requests, and serving as the primary point of contact for building occupants.

Implementing and enforcing building policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.

Preparing and monitoring budgets for building maintenance and operations.

Collaborating with the property management team to develop and execute strategies for improving tenant satisfaction and maximizing building efficiency.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a building management or property operations role, preferably in the commercial or residential real estate sector.

Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders

Proficiency in budget management and cost control. Basic knowledge on full set of accounts.

Familiar with accounting/billing software i.e CSS, UBS and others.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
