Job summary

A property management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual for building maintenance management. The role includes effective communication with tenants and contractors, monitoring site works, and conducting inspections. The ideal candidate should be self-disciplined, responsible, and possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in commercial, retail, or residential building management. Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese is essential. Immediate start at Wisma Central is required.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ability to monitor and manage building maintenance activities.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Job description

Communicate effectively with Tenants, Suppliers, Contractors or Authorities.

To work closely and monitor performance of contractors on building maintenance, cleaning.

Ensure properties are well upkeep.

To plan, monitor and follow up the progress of works at site.

To carry out periodic inspections, supervision on building rectification and fit-out management work.

Able to travel to site for monitor & follow up the progress of works.

Capability and ability to take on ad-hoc task as required during weekend.

Ensure properties is well upkeep.

Requirements:

Min SPM levels and above.

Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese.

Self-Disciplined, Responsible, Self-Motivated and Dynamic Personality.

Independent and able to work under pressure in demanding and multitasking environment.

Possess strong technical in building and problem-solving skills and good leadership.

Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in commercial, retail and residential building management.

Able to start work immediately at Wisma Central, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.
