A dynamic marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Branding Team Lead to enhance brand presence and execute branding strategies. CHAGEE Malaysia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branding Team Lead to support the development and execution of our branding strategies. This role assists in enhancing our brand presence and market position by working closely with the Branding Manager and the brand & marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Insights
Assist in analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
Support the development and implementation of branding strategies
Monitor market trends, research consumer behavior, and track competitors’ activities
Campaign & Product Launch Execution
Serve as the project manager for assigned branding campaigns, leading timelines, task delegation, and cross-functional coordination
Help create, direct, and monitor product launches
Assist in conceptualizing and initiating brand campaigns and marketing events in collaboration with agencies>
Develop campaign materials that reflect brand identity, delivered through various media formats such as visual merchandising, digital posts, and print ads
Work closely with the brand & marketing team on campaign planning, content execution, and on-ground activities
Support planning and coordination of brand collaborations
Assist in organizing joint promotions with third-party partners
Communicate and align with internal and external team members, including operations, logistics, training, and regional teams
Creative & Production Management
Liaise with creative agencies and production houses for campaign and content execution
Deal with merchandise suppliers/vendors on design, cost negotiation, and logistics tracking
Budget & Performance Tracking
Help plan, monitor, and review campaign budgets
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs
Create campaign post-review reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
A minimum of 3-4 years proven experience in branding or marketing role
Understanding of branding concepts, strategies, and best practices
Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Creative thinker with the ability to assist in developing innovative branding strategies
Proficiency in using marketing and branding tools and software
