A dynamic marketing company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and implement branding strategies. This role encompasses digital campaigns, content creation, and organizing offline activities to boost the brand's presence. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Marketing and proven experience in marketing initiatives, along with excellent communication and project management abilities. Develop and implement branding strategies for both digital and offline marketing.
Plan and manage digital campaigns (social content, SEO, ads) and organize offline activities (events, store openings, activations).
Craft compelling messaging for campaigns and corporate communications.
Ensure brand consistency across platforms; monitor performance and KPIs.
Coordinate PR activities, media engagement, and award submissions.
Lead and supervise internal team tasks and agency collaboration.
Oversee website content updates and drive SEO-focused content strategies.
Support ad‑hoc branding/marketing needs across channels.
Review/approve social media content and POSM materials.
Assign and guide team tasks; communicate with agencies on ad performance.
Monitor brand consistency; respond to urgent ad‑hoc requests.
Review social calendar and content plan; analyze social ad performance.
Provide feedback on designs; track KPI progress of marketing activities.
Evaluate monthly social performance; review POSM updates for outlets.
Plan/supervise campaign launches and partnerships; review analytics reports (SEO, Ads).
Prepare and present management reports; assist budget planning for initiatives.
Organize internal/external events (launches, CSR, exhibitions).
Coordinate materials for new outlet openings.
Lead projects (website revamps, new service launches).
Support crisis communication/PR when needed.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in digital and offline marketing, including content creation and campaign management.
Proficiency with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Canva, TikTok or similar).
Strong organization, communication, and time management; attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for branding.
Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel for events/campaigns.
Ability to communicate effectively in good English to support client interactions and supplier coordination.
