Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in property marketing in property development industries, and with at least 1 year in managerial role.
Strong command of brand storytelling, video production, and content creation.
Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with creative tools, social platforms, and basic media buying interfaces (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe tools).
Plan and manage performance marketing initiatives to drive reach, engagement, and lead quality.
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-company communication between design, legal, sales, project, and corporate teams.
Review and refine campaign briefs, press materials, proposals, and presentations.
Prepare strategic decks, reports, and market insights for leadership decision-making.
Manage project timelines, approvals, milestones, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end.
Lead brand strategy across digital, social, on-ground, and video-driven campaigns.
Oversee content direction — including video concepts, storyboards, shoots, editing, and post-production — to ensure cohesive brand experience.
Support and lead project launches, events, exhibitions, and community or corporate initiatives.
Build strong relationships with agencies, vendors, production partners, and consultants.
To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department.
A remuneration package and position title will be offered based on the skill and experience.
