A Brand & Marketing Managerdevelops and executes strategies to build a company's brand, overseeing campaigns, managing budgets, ensuring consistent messaging across channels (digital, social, ads, packaging), analyzing performance (ROI, engagement), and collaborating with sales/product teams to boost awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. Key duties include market research, content oversight, budget management, team leadership, and staying ahead of industry trends to align marketing with overall business goals.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop overarching brand strategies, marketing plans, and campaign concepts aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and launch of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints (packaging, ads, website).
  • Principal communication : Projection on Open To Buy (OTB) based on demand and supply, brand performance reports, pricing index and review with competitors campaigns and products.
  • Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates) to ensure positive returns.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and creative teams to align efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate marketing teams or external agencies.
Key Activities
  • Overseeing advertising, public relations, and content creation.
  • Managing digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Organizing promotional events and trade shows.
  • Reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as Brand & Marketing Manager in Professional Skincare Category as least 5 years.
  • Well-connected in the Skincare Industry with good salon insights and rapport.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate to B2Bs & B2Cs.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Passionate in Skincare Industry.
