Job summary

Strong offline event execution and data analysis skills are essential, along with proficiency in English, and fluency in Thai or Malay is an advantage. Job description
  • Strategy Implementation & Planning Execution:Assist the Marketing Director in researching regional F&B market trends, consumer demands, and competitor dynamics. Translate annual/quarterly marketing strategies into actionable regional marketing activity plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Multi-channel Campaign Execution:Lead the execution of offline marketing activities within regional F&B outlets (such as store openings, festive promotions, and themed tasting events), while coordinating online promotions (local social media management, partnerships with lifestyle platforms, and short video content publishing).
  • Data Tracking & Optimization:Responsible for collecting and analyzing full-cycle data from regional marketing activities, including store foot traffic, sales performance, and participation rates. Provide timely feedback to the Marketing Director with optimization recommendations while managing event cost efficiency.
  • Cross-team Coordination:Collaborate daily with regional store operations teams to align activity plans and coordinate service delivery; work with the supply chain team to ensure stable product supply during campaigns and resolve on-site execution issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Resource Management:Lead marketing executives in accomplishing daily promotional tasks and organize on-site execution training. Maintain and expand local partnerships (e.g., media, event venues, and cross-industry collaborations) to enhance brand visibility within the region
  • Experience:Over 3 years of overseas marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the F&B industry. Proven track record in executing restaurant marketing campaigns in Southeast Asia; familiarity with Chinese and fast-food brand promotion strategies abroad.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Possession of marketing-related certifications is a plus.
  • Core Skills:Strong command of offline event execution processes and basic online marketing techniques. Capable of fundamental data analysis. Familiar with Southeast Asian F&B consumption habits and marketing norms. Proficient in English for work; fluency in Thai or Malay is an advantage.
  • Professional Attributes:Highly execution-driven with excellent on-site problem-solving and customer service awareness. Able to adapt to frequent regional travel and maintain strong market sensitivity to F&B trends.
