Job Description
- Reporting to a Marketing Manager, you are expected to function as a brand custodian to develop and grow the brand's branding & activation plans across both ATL and BTL.
- Stronghold in consumer insights Nielsen & Kantar, sensitive to competitor activities to keep abreast of marketing trends.
- Manage A&P budgetary planning to ensure optimum ROI and meeting the company's objectives.
- Supporting on NPD processes and innovations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including digital and creative agencies while managing deliverables.
- Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years in prior FMCG brand management
- Skills in analysing Nielsen / Kantar data
- Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit
- Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
- Prior experience in food is a bonus, not a must
