Job description

This role will be responsible for the managing for agency brands (food) marketing and focus in growing the brand presence to deliver volume, revenue share and profit growth.

What you'll be doing

Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned agency brands portfolio.

Strategize, plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company objectives are met.

Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

Research into industry trends & public perception and aiding in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the brands identities.

Keep abreast with consumer’s behaviour, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers and competitor’s strategy.

Contribute to product innovation by delivering product development programs to further margin growth.

Identify market opportunities for new brands and categories.

Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively.

Liaise with principal, prepare monthly report and forecast as necessary.

Maintain good working relationship with suppliers to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of experiences in FMCG with experiences in handling marketing for agency brands.
