Marketing/Brand - Brand custodian on assigned portfolio, drive brand growth, develop & execute marketing strategies, collaborate with external agencies and creative teams to deliver top-quality outputs, ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints, monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives, work with R&D on product/packaging improvements, provide marketing support to local sales team & export teams

Digital/Social Media - Responsible to curate and develop content, ensure the Brand's online presence reflects its values and appeals to target audience, leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI, provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement

Assist Brand Manager in campaign execution and adhoc projects -To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, advertising or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaign development, and performance measurement
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge in digital and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel when required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude and passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and industry best practices
