Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Brand Development Specialist for the Companion Animal division at Ritma Prestasi. The candidate will have the opportunity to implement branding strategies and initiatives that drive the growth of our companion animal products.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing brand strategies
• Managing brand development and branding initiatives (social media, ads & promotion)
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity
• Ensuring effective brand communication
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgeting plan
• Deliver product training to sales team

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Veterinary or related field
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing or related field
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good knowledge and experience pet and FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate on MS Office and MS PowerPoint
• Strong time management, analytical & problem-solving skills
