Job description

Responsible to attend walk-in customer / agents regarding proposal and policy matters and interpret the need / request of the customers / agents and providing accurate information and explanation with regards to the service request. Ensure Branch Operations covering customer services and backroom operations run smoothly and comply with Company's policies, procedures and regulatory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries from agency force and policyholders;

Ensure deliver prompt, reliable and quality service (walk-in and call-in enquiries) to policyholders and agency members;

Handle and ensure all the branch processes and backroom processes covering premium collections, claim, policy servicing, surrender and new business processes are up to service standards;

Ensure all transactions are compliance with Standard Operation Procedure and Guides;

Ensures collection of documents, transmittal to HO, and follow ups with intermediaries, customers and business partners to fulfill outstanding requirements in order to increase business captured, completion of policy services or claims settlement.

Ensures standards of customer services, telephone inquiries, greetings, escalations of service matters or customer complaints;

Attends periodic meetings, training and development courses as directed;

Ensures claim, new business and surrender processes meets SLAs and KPIs;

To handle ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by superiors and managers

Any other duties that the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.

Able to be working in Ipoh

Preferably Executive specializing in Branch Operations or equivalent.
