Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Counter Service/Retail/Insurance/Telemarketing/Banking/Financial industry.
• Able to communicate well both orally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Advantage to those with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent quality of customer service towards internal and external customers.
• Ensure branch operation runs smoothly and adhere to operational procedures.
• Achieve sales in Personal Financing products, card recruitment, and insurance.
• Execute operational tasks assigned by Branch Head.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of branch for customer and staff safety.
