Job summary

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree and 1-2 years of experience in related fields. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. This role requires flexibility for shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Counter Service, Retail, Insurance, Telemarketing, Banking, or Financial industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Advantage for candidates with their own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure branch operations run smoothly and adhere to procedures.
• Achieve sales targets for Personal Financing and other products.
• Handle operational tasks assigned by Branch Head.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the branch.
• Attend to greeter/reception tasks on a rotational basis.
• Be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
