We are looking for a Network Operations Support Supervisor to strengthen our branch network performance, drive standardization, and support digital transformation. This role plays a key part in improving operational stability, efficiency, and service quality across our network.

Network Standardization & Quality Improvement

Lead 6S implementation and branch image standards.

Participate in branch performance grading and continuous quality improvement.

Exception Management & Branch Support

Develop and implement exception‑handling processes.

Support branches in resolving operational or business pressure challenges.

Provide training, coaching, and capability‑building for branch teams.

Digital & Smart Operations Development

Promote digital tools and smart operations across branches.

Collect user feedback, conduct research, and lead system iteration and optimization.

Use data insights to identify root causes and improve branch performance.

Conduct branch cost analysis and develop cost optimization initiatives.

Drive efficiency improvement through equipment upgrades and process enhancements.

Lead projects that enhance overall operational productivity.

Assist the region with partner/franchise recruitment.

Coordinate cross-region partner resources and support network integration

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in logistics / express / operations management preferred.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project execution skills.

Ability to work cross‑functionally and support branches with hands‑on solutions.
