Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

As a Branch Operations Support Executive at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branches. This full‑time position is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing logistics company that is continuously expanding its presence across Malaysia.

  • Standardization Development:
    Implement and enhance branch 6S practices, brand image standards, warehouse capacity standards, and branch grading evaluations to improve overall service quality.
  • Exception Management & Empowerment Support:
    Develop and implement processes to handle branch operational exceptions. Support branches in managing business challenges through team training and capability‑building initiatives.
  • Digital Transformation:
    Promote digitalisation across branches. Continuously improve systems through research and hands‑on application, using data segmentation to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvement:
    Conduct cost assessments and incubate cost‑reduction initiatives. Improve branch efficiency through equipment upgrades, workflow adjustments, and process enhancements.
  • Franchisee Resources:
    Assist regional teams in franchisee recruitment and facilitate cross‑region franchisee resource coordination.
  • Travel as Required:
    Travel to underperforming branches or regions as needed to provide on‑site support and guidance.
  • Other Duties:
    Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a similar operations support or logistics role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem‑solve effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage).
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
