Job description

Oversee clinic operations, manage appointments, scheduling, and ensure cleanliness and organization.

Train, and evaluate aestheticians, other staff members.

Manage stock of products, supplies, and equipment.

Ensure high client satisfaction and handle customer concerns.

Drive sales and meet revenue goals by promoting services and products.

Assist in planning local marketing strategies and promotions to attract clients.

Prepare performance reports, sales, attendances and other relevant reports

Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experiences in Beauty Industry or managerial position.

Able to speak Malay, English. Mandarin will be preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to work retails hour.
