About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our local branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, motivating them to perform at their best
• Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with the head office to ensure seamless integration of policies, processes, and procedures
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at local events and engage with the community to build brand awareness
