In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling the branch’s business budget, driving new agent recruitment, and overseeing day-to-day branch operations including finance and claims. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth operations, strong business growth, and full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
