A leading renewable energy company in Kuantan, Malaysia, seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the Home Solar business. This role requires leading the sales and operations teams while ensuring business growth and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in solar PV or renewable energy, along with a relevant degree. A dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage all branch matters for our Home Solar business. This role is responsible for leading the sales team, operations team, and project execution team, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for the residential solar market
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Oversee and participate in tender submissions, proposals and technical-commercial negotiations
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administrative matters
Ensure branch performance aligns with company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
Manage branch budgeting, cost control, and profitability
Coordinate with HQ on reporting, planning, and operational matters
Supervise project teams to ensure timely and quality installation of home solar systems
Coordinate project scheduling, site inspections, and resource allocation
Ensure projects comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications
Resolve project issues and customer concerns effectively
Lead, manage, and develop sales, operations, and project teams
Conduct performance reviews, training, and team development
Foster a positive, performance-driven, and collaborative work culture
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or related industries
Proven experience in branch management or team leadership
Strong knowledge of residential solar PV systems and local market practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple teams
