Supervise and coordinate daily boutique operations

Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assist in opening and closing the boutique, including cash handling and reports
Provide regular performance feedback to staff and support staff development
