Work Location: Senai I-Park, Johor

Working Days: 4 days working, 2 days off
Working Hours: 7.45am/7.45pm – 7.45pm/7.45am
Shift Pattern: Rotating shift every 2 weeks

Requirements (Education)
- Must possess a valid Grade 1 Boilerman Competency registered with JKKP.
- Have understanding of electric motors used in boiler operations.
- Familiarity with control circuits, starters, contactors, and overload protection.
- Have knowledge on type of valves used in boiler system (e.g safety, check, globe).
- Have understanding of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumps.
- Basic understanding of Healing, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Requirements (Experience)
- Possess 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in plant utility systems: Industrial DCS Systems, Compressed Air Systems, Centralized Chillers and Cooling Towers, Process Control & Instrumentation.
- Practical knowledge and relevant experience in Food manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven self‑starter with a willingness to work in a team environment.
- Advanced understanding of PC's and basic PC skills.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand blueprints, P&ID’s, piping schematics, electrical circuitry drawings, engineering sketches, material grades, standards & specifications, gauges, meters, graphs, charts and reference tables.
- Operate, modify, align, maintain and troubleshoot: Compressors, Chillers, Air handlers, HVAC, Refrigeration systems, Cooling tunnels and Heating systems.
- Operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot AC / DC motors, valves and control circuits.
- Identify, select, and operate lab testing tools, such as Multi meters, conductivity tester, pH meter, thermometer, weighing scale, turbidity meter, water hardness analysis.
- Ensure reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing predictive / preventive maintenance procedures on compressors, motors, pneumatic actuators, process systems, valves, hydraulic components.
- Communicate with others to ensure maintenance and repairs meet operational business needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
