Job summary

A property development company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a technician to troubleshoot BMS and M&E Systems, as well as Visitor Management and Access Control Systems. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in IT or a related engineering field, with experience in troubleshooting relevant systems and basic SQL programming. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Engineering Computer or IT related.
• Experienced in BMS System, Access Control & Visitor Management System and basic SQL programming.

Responsibilities

• To perform troubleshooting and monitor for BMS & M&E System.
• To perform troubleshooting for Visitor Management System & Access Control System.
• To perform troubleshooting for Access Control Room including backend programming.
• Basic programming as needed to troubleshoot integration between lift access system with access control & visitor management system.
