Job description

Develop and manage detailed 3D models using ArchiCAD based on project specifications and requirements.

Generate architectural drawings and documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules for submission and construction use.

Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines, supporting clash detection, 4D sequencing, and integration of site and design updates.

Support BIM coordination and project delivery, attending coordination meetings and collaborating with consultants, site teams, and project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and LOD requirements, maintaining model accuracy, data consistency, and documentation integrity.

Assist in the development of BIM content and workflows, and provide guidance or supervision to junior modelers to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in BIM-focused role.
• Proven experience in delivering projects using BIM-related software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Experienced in multi-disciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and managing federated models across project stages.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and participate in client or consultant meetings.
