Job summary

A leading cloud services provider in Putrajaya is looking for a BIM Modeller. The role includes preparing shop and as-built drawings and 3D BIM models while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Job description

Prepare and submit shop drawing, as-built drawings, 3D BIM models and combine services drawing in accordance to project requirement;

Maintain all drawing files, update drawings and make corrections to drawing as required;

Coordinate with main contractors and other services to avoid clashes in cable containmentandsupport;

Ensure all BIM models comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and project-specific requirements;

Maintain drawings and documents in an organised manner;

Prepare the drawing and document set for submission;

Support in tender submission where required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction or engineering industry;

Proficient in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD;

Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows;

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation;

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
