Seeking a talented Bim Drafter to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in Bandar Putra Kulai Johor. As a Bim Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our full-time, on-site position, contributing to the success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Producing high-quality BIM models and drawings to support the design and construction process
• Collaborating with project teams to interpret design requirements and translate them into accurate BIM models
• Ensuring BIM models adhere to industry standards and client specifications
• Providing technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
• Participating in BIM coordination meetings and contributing to the overall BIM strategy
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Bim Drafter or similar role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in using BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit
• Excellent understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
