Billing Manager
This role requires overseeing Sales Commission functions in Malaysia. The Billing Manager leads a small sales commission team, ensures accurate and timely payout of commissions, and resolves disputes and discrepancies promptly.
Make an Impact by:
- Ensuring sales commission processes and systems are optimized for efficiency.
- Monitoring sales commission processes and maintaining process documentation.
- Translating commission schema into quantifiable formulae and computable logic.
- Leading the team in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure commission payout accuracy.
- Resolving disputes and discrepancies as they arise and addressing any concerns related to sales commission payout.
- Driving operational excellence to meet payout timelines and identify improvement opportunities.
- Driving automation initiatives by working with IT or the Digital team and furnishing requirements.
Skills for Success
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance or business operations.
- Experience leading a team and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with billing or commission systems and processes.
- Experience with SAP or APEX is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
