Billing Manager

This role requires overseeing Sales Commission functions in Malaysia. The Billing Manager leads a small sales commission team, ensures accurate and timely payout of commissions, and resolves disputes and discrepancies promptly.

Make an Impact by:

• Ensuring sales commission processes and systems are optimized for efficiency.
• Monitoring sales commission processes and maintaining process documentation.
• Translating commission schema into quantifiable formulae and computable logic.
• Leading the team in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure commission payout accuracy.
• Resolving disputes and discrepancies as they arise and addressing any concerns related to sales commission payout.
• Driving operational excellence to meet payout timelines and identify improvement opportunities.
• Driving automation initiatives by working with IT or the Digital team and furnishing requirements.
