Job summary

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin, with at least 2-3 years of sales experience in the batteries, electronics, or automotive industries. This role involves developing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams to provide excellent customer service. A valid driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in batteries, electronics, or automotive industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team and drive them to achieve targets.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to perform under pressure.
• Valid driving license with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within local and regional markets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to successfully close sales deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
