Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally in the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong familiarity with SQL Payroll and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the latest Employment Act amendments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings and interviews.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
  • Oversee foreign worker affairs, including work permit renewals and health arrangements.
  • Maintain employee master files and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for government authorities for license renewals.
