Key responsibilities include providing technical support for installations, developing internal SOPs, and assisting the sales team with technical presentations and proposals. Candidates should possess deep technical knowledge in BESS systems and the ability to explain solutions clearly.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including PCS, BMS, and EMS.
• Experience in designing solutions for peak shaving and backup power.
• Ability to prepare and validate technical designs and layout drawings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with manufacturers and support FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documents including spec sheets and proposals.
• Train team members on BESS fundamentals and develop internal SOPs.
