DRANA Wellness & Spa is currently seeking a talented Beauty Consultant to join our team in Kuala Selangor, Selangor. This is a full‑time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty consultation service and expert advice to our clients on a wide range of beauty treatments and products.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering high‑quality consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments and products
• Performing a variety of beauty treatments and therapies such as facials, whitening treatment, manicure and pedicure
• Maintaining detailed client records and managing appointments
• Ensuring the spa and treatment rooms are kept clean, tidy and well‑stocked at all times
• Contributing to the growth and development of the business by actively promoting products and services
• Continuously expanding your product and treatment knowledge to provide the best possible advice to clients

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar customer‑facing role within the beauty and spa industry
• A passion for all things beauty and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client
• Strong product knowledge and the confidence to recommend the right treatments and products
• A friendly, professional and approachable demeanour
• A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related discipline
