A leading spa service provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks a customer service professional to conduct skin analysis and perform facial services. The ideal candidate should communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include advising customers on treatments and products, managing appointments, and ensuring adherence to service guidelines. This position requires availability during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays, offering dynamic opportunities in a high-performance environment.
To provide customers with professional skin analysis and perform facial services.
To advise and recommend the most appropriate treatment and product to the customers.
To follow up on appointment and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers.
Handle customers' requests and enquiries when necessary.
Able to explain customer regarding the services and packages that are available in the spa. Educate customers on product knowledge.
To ensure all procedure are done according to guideline and SOP.
Developing a good rapport with all customer and clients.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
