Responsibilities

To provide customers with professional skin analysis and perform facial services.

To advise and recommend the most appropriate treatment and product to the customers.

To follow up on appointment and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers.

Handle customers' requests and enquiries when necessary.

Able to explain customer regarding the services and packages that are available in the spa. Educate customers on product knowledge.

To ensure all procedure are done according to guideline and SOP.

Developing a good rapport with all customer and clients.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is requested for this position.
  • Able to work retail hours and weekends, including public holidays.
  • Dynamic sales target-driven and high-performance oriented.
