We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at kopitiam samsuri halal restaurant' in Gopeng Perak. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide variety of innovative and delightful kopi and teh beverages to our valued customers. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages
• Maintaining a clean and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring efficient and seamless service
• Providing exceptional customer service, offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment
• Staying informed about industry trends and new drink recipes to constantly improve and expand the bar's offerings

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospitality environment
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of kopi and bartending techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide a memorable experience
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle a busy bar efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider hospitality team
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
