Barista Duties

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverage orders (espresso, latte art, cold brew, etc.).
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ensure consistent drink quality and café standards.
• Operate & maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and dining space.

Café Management Duties

• Oversee daily café operations (opening & closing procedures).
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and teamwork.
• Handle inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Train new baristas and café crew.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure hygiene compliance and maintain SOPs.
• Handle basic cashiering, daily sales reports, and POS system.
