We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' in Larkin Johor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, full-time environment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, following health and safety protocols
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
